'Đôi Bờ' (DOI BƏ) first appeared in the movie 'Khát' (Thirsty) (1959), translated into Vietnamese by an international cooperation officer and a film director. It is a love song with simple and profound lyrics, and was once very popular in Northern Vietnam. The artwork is a Karaoke music video with lyrics transcribed from the translation and images taken from scene survey software for movies on mobile phones. Even though you know all the above information, and even if you don't understand Vietnamese or are not interested in cinema and historical context, feel free to sing along. This is just a small experiment to destroy (or pursue other fantasies) between the meaning of images, words, and music. Visitors are encouraged to interact and sing along to the music.
